Join Allianz Services in shaping the future of mobility at a global scale. As Manager of Global Fleet Transformation & Business Development, you will drive strategic transformation and digital innovation initiatives with international impact. Working directly with the Global Head of Fleet Management & Chauffeur Services, you'll contribute to strategic projects that reimagine how insurance and mobility services work across eight countries and three continents.

You will identify new business opportunities and develop compelling business cases that create measurable value. Your responsibilities include designing scalable operating models and global standards, optimizing fleet and mobility processes through digitalization, and leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to modernize operations. You'll also drive sustainability initiatives including ESG reporting and emissions tracking, support the evolution of Allianz's Global Mobility Policy, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.

This role offers exceptional growth potential beyond traditional functional responsibilities, combining business development, digital transformation, AI implementation, sustainability, and international stakeholder management. You'll prepare executive-level presentations, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and work toward harmonizing processes and establishing global standards across Allianz Fleet Services.

Responsabilidades

Drive strategic transformation, innovation and business development initiatives across Allianz entities worldwide
Identify new business opportunities and develop business cases that create measurable value
Design scalable operating models, global standards and best practices to support growth and globalization of Fleet Services
Simplify, optimize, and digitalize fleet and mobility processes to improve efficiency, transparency and user experience
Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to modernize operations and support data-driven decision-making
Drive digitalization of Fleet Environmental Reporting, emissions tracking, ESG reporting, and sustainability data management
Support evolution of Allianz's Global Mobility Policy through innovative digital services and self-service capabilities
Drive strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and partnership initiatives
Prepare executive-level presentations, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with international stakeholders
Identify opportunities to harmonize processes, increase automation, and establish global standards across Allianz Fleet Services
