At Critical TechWorks, we're seeking a Trailblazing Frontend Developer to join our innovative team driving the future of automotive technology for BMW. You'll be at the heart of creating seamless user experiences for BMW's digital ecosystems, developing elegant and functional interfaces for both internal systems and customer-facing applications. This is a Rockstar Developer role where you'll harness your expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like Angular or React.js to build intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
You'll work closely within agile, cross-functional teams, collaborating with UX designers to transform visions into tangible products. Your focus will be on performance, scalability, and reusability, with responsibility for implementing robust testing strategies using tools like Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress. You'll participate in all phases of the development cycle from concept to deployment, embracing agile methodology and DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades
- Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for internal systems and customer-facing applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
- Work closely within agile, cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and backend functionalities
- Engage in problem-solving to create solutions that enhance user interaction, focusing on performance, scalability, and reusability
- Implement robust testing strategies using Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress to ensure flawless user experience across all platforms
- Collaborate with UX designers to transform visions into tangible products
- Embrace agile methodology and participate in all phases of the development cycle from concept to deployment
- Apply standard engineering practices using version control, IDEs, and dashboards for organized development
- Adopt DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying reliable software
- Operate software post-deployment, including outside working hours when needed
- Travel abroad occasionally to support all phases of product development
