Descrição

We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Critical Software. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines that solve real business problems across various departments. You will work across the full ML lifecycle — from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring — collaborating closely with stakeholders to turn their needs into robust, production-ready solutions.

Your responsibilities will include designing and training ML models, building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure, deploying models to production, monitoring performance and drift, identifying and resolving technical issues, and iterating on deployed models to keep them accurate and efficient. You will work closely with team members across various departments to understand their data, processes, and needs, adapting solutions accordingly.

We are looking for someone who adapts quickly, thinks critically, is genuinely curious about AI and machine learning, and can take initiative when navigating ambiguity. You should have a strong foundation in computer science or a related field, with 5+ years of software development experience and proven ability to build and deploy ML models in production environments.
