Staff Software Engineer

Talkdesk is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our AI engineering team in Seattle. You will develop and deliver a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform, leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and data analysis across all data types. Working with unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data, you'll utilize advanced technologies including data mining, business intelligence, and data transformation to power our globally recognized customer experience solutions.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver a reliable, scalable service with assured AI quality. You'll ensure alignment with our technical design and overall technology roadmap while adopting best practices independently.
