Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join our AI engineering team in Seattle. You will develop and deliver a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML models, prompt engineering, data analysis, data mining, and business intelligence. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform leveraging AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and data analysis across unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data
- Apply technologies such as data and pattern mining, business intelligence, and data transformation and processing
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable services with assured AI quality
- Ensure alignment with technical design and overall technology roadmap while adopting best practices effectively and independently
