Feedzai is the world's first RiskOps platform for financial risk management, protecting trillions of dollars in commerce through advanced cloud-based technology powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence. As a Key Account Manager US, you will shape the next generation of financial trust by leveraging your strategic sales expertise to drive adoption of Feedzai's innovative AI-powered fraud and AML solutions among Tier 1 banks. You will own end-to-end client relationships, develop comprehensive strategic sales plans, and identify new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with key executives and decision-makers in the financial services industry.

In this quota-carrying, revenue-generating role, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, originating and nurturing senior-level relationships, and executing sales activities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Your day-to-day work includes creating strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives, mobilizing internal teams to deliver customer-focused results, and championing Feedzai's growth plan across your territory. This position is ideal for an agile, entrepreneurial self-starter with 8-15+ years of enterprise sales experience and deep knowledge of financial services, fraud, payments, or related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Possuir o relacionamento completo da Feedzai com o cliente, incluindo objetivos, oportunidades, estratégias de mapa de poder, preocupações e barreiras
  • Originar, gerenciar e construir relacionamentos pessoais fortes com executivos-chave do cliente, tomadores de decisão e influenciadores
  • Criar e executar um plano estratégico de vendas abrangente para estabelecer e desenvolver o relacionamento do cliente com a Feedzai
  • Usar sua rede de contatos para impulsionar negócios com bancos Tier 1 no território, construindo relacionamentos duradouros e ganhando novas contas
  • Atingir alvos de receita e crescimento específicos do cliente, executando atividades de vendas para atingir metas de receita trimestrais e anuais
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios, desenvolver novos relacionamentos de nível sênior e nutrir e expandir os existentes
  • Defender as necessidades do cliente, mobilizando equipes internas para alcançar resultados focados no cliente
  • Possuir o plano de crescimento da Feedzai e impulsionar a posição da Feedzai alinhada com nossa visão Go-to-Market
