Feedzai is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and scale the US and LATAM SDR team. Reporting directly to the Global SDR Director, you will be responsible for supporting a high-performing SDR team, developing pipeline generation strategies, and aligning closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive growth and revenue impact. This is a leadership role that combines people management with hands-on involvement in go-to-market strategy refinement. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, manage recruitment and onboarding, and set clear KPIs while conducting regular performance reviews. You will develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, understand industry trends and client challenges, and oversee both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members on best practices, ensuring proper lead qualification using methodologies like BANT and CHAMP, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams on messaging and targeting alignment. You will be data-driven in your approach, accurately forecasting lead conversion and leveraging sales engagement platforms like Salesforce and Outreach to monitor activity and provide insights to leadership. With a requirement to commute to the office once per week, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team while contributing to Feedzai's mission of safeguarding global commerce through advanced risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives across LATAM and North America
- Recruit, onboard, and train new hires, fostering a high-performance culture
- Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews with ongoing coaching to drive results
- Support training programs to enhance team performance
- Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences and workflows that maximize SDR efficiency
- Understand industry trends, discover client challenges and position how Feedzai's solutions can solve their needs
- Provide strong understanding of market segmentation, key personas and messaging strategies
- Aggregate market information and provide feedback to stakeholders for GTM refinement
- Oversee development and execution of both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
- Ensure application of BANT, CHAMP and SPIN methodologies with customer-centric focus
- Work with marketing, field sales and partner managers on messaging, targeting, and feedback loops
- Coach team members on lead nurturing and conversion to qualified opportunities
- Coach and drive best practices of outbound campaigns for target accounts
- Support and ensure handover of qualified opportunities
- Accurately forecast lead conversion and proactively build the right pipeline to hit targets
- Leverage Salesforce and Outreach to monitor activity, report on team performance and provide insights to leadership
