Feedzai, the world's first RiskOps platform for financial risk management, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion within strategic accounts. You will leverage your deep expertise in financial services and fraud prevention to establish and grow relationships with Tier 1 banks, positioning Feedzai's innovative AI-powered fraud and AML solutions as a trusted advisor. This quota-carrying role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, fast-paced global team protecting trillions of dollars across 190 countries. In this position, you will own the end-to-end Feedzai relationship with clients, developing comprehensive strategic sales plans aligned with their objectives and your territory's growth targets. You will identify new business opportunities, build senior-level relationships, and execute sales activities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Your responsibilities include creating power map strategies, mobilizing internal teams to deliver customer-focused results, and driving Feedzai's market position in alignment with our Go-to-Market vision. You are an entrepreneurial, results-driven seller with 8-15+ years of key account or strategic enterprise sales experience. With strong financial services industry knowledge and a developed network within your region, you excel at consultative selling, business case development, and navigating complex sales processes from initial contact through implementation. Your insatiable curiosity, excellent communication skills, and inherent self-sufficiency make you the ideal candidate to build our presence with leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Feedzai relationship with clients across objectives, opportunities, power map strategies, concerns and barriers
  • Originate, manage and build strong personal relationships with key client executives, line of business decision-makers and influencers
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to establish and develop Feedzai client relationships
  • Drive business with Tier 1 banks in the territory, building lasting relationships and winning new accounts
  • Achieve client-specific revenue and growth targets within strategic and associated accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new senior-level relationships
  • Champion customer needs by mobilizing internal teams to achieve customer-focused results
  • Own the Feedzai growth plan and drive Feedzai's position alignment with Go-to-Market vision
