Feedzai, the world's leading RiskOps platform for financial risk management, is seeking an Account Development Representative to play a key role in enabling sales of our advanced AI/Machine learning platform. You will work closely with Account Executives, sales teams, and cross-functional partners in marketing and partnerships to build high-quality pipeline and drive business development initiatives. In this role, you will conduct GTM research and market analysis to identify and enrich target Enterprise accounts, establish first contact with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives, and demonstrate expertise in industry trends and Feedzai's solutions. You will manage both inbound and outbound initiatives, qualify leads using proven methodologies, build outbound campaigns leveraging multiple channels, and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives with accuracy and insight. You will also refine go-to-market strategies through creative problem-solving and market feedback, apply value-selling techniques to build trust and credibility with prospects, and provide data-driven forecasting and reporting to management. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, integrity-driven professional with 1-3 years of Sales Development or similar experience in North America, preferably in enterprise technology or Fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze the market to identify and enrich target Enterprise account lists
  • Establish first contact with stakeholders within target accounts across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends, client challenges, and Feedzai's go-to-market solutions
  • Qualify inbound leads using methodologies such as CHAMP with a customer-centric, value-selling approach
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and Sales to generate qualified opportunities
  • Nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Build and execute outbound campaigns using emails, account-based marketing, calling, and social selling
  • Hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Aggregate market information and provide feedback for GTM refinement
  • Create data-driven forecasts and accurately predict lead conversion rates
  • Provide insightful and accurate reporting to management
