OutSystems is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage the complete sales cycle from discovery through contract closure. In this role, you will uncover and develop new selling opportunities within a geographic territory, build strategic relationships with C-level executives across business and IT units, and execute a consultative sales process that validates technical and business requirements. You will articulate OutSystems' value proposition using ROI and TCO tools, negotiate contracts, and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing territory strategies and leveraging a target prospect list.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of direct sales experience in enterprise software, with at least 3+ years focused on application development platforms, SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud offerings. You will have a proven track record of success with named account selling models and demonstrated expertise in partnering with Global and Local System Integrators and Channel Partners. Your technical sales background combined with the ability to explain complex business value to executives will be essential to success in this role.
You will work collaboratively with Global and local SIs and Channel partners to promote OutSystems' AI Development Platform—a leading solution trusted by enterprises like Toyota, Heineken, Bosch, and KeyBank. Responsabilidades
- Descobrir e gerir novas oportunidades de vendas num território geográfico
- Contactar e desenvolver relacionamentos com executivos de nível C em unidades de negócio e TI para contas nomeadas
- Executar um processo de vendas que valide e qualifique os requisitos técnicos e comerciais do cliente para fechar o negócio
- Articular a proposta de valor e estar familiarizado com ferramentas de ROI e TCO a nível empresarial
- Negociar contratos, fazer upsell e cross-sell, construir relacionamento com clientes
- Atingir quotas de vendas num território em base trimestral e anual
- Prospectar, qualificar eficazmente e desenvolver novas oportunidades de vendas
- Trabalhar com SIs globais e locais e parceiros de canais para promover soluções OutSystems
