Farfetch is seeking an experienced Interim Performance Marketing Manager to join their London-based Growth Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead global customer acquisition strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the luxury fashion e-commerce sector. You'll work with a diverse team of marketing professionals, driving data-informed decisions and managing both display and paid social marketing channels across the organization. In this role, you'll define and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, managing substantial budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and creative departments. You'll oversee performance campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and Criteo, optimize media buys, manage external agencies, and lead a team of Performance Marketing Professionals. This position offers the chance to work in a flat organizational structure with a supportive team that values innovation and test-and-learn culture. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of Display and Paid Social performance marketing experience, with proven expertise in web/mobile marketing and international e-commerce environments. You'll need strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience with measurement tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Looker. Your strategic mindset, combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, will be essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Define, manage and execute global customer acquisition strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new customers
  • Manage Display budget to deliver new customer growth and existing customer retention
  • Build and execute roadmap to maintain and scale current marketing activity
  • Optimize in-house media buys to ensure agreed targets are met on monthly basis
  • Manage external agencies including planning, buying, strategy and measurement
  • Manage and optimize performance campaigns across different platforms and channels
  • Ensure integration and collaboration with partners on tracking setup and launch plans
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to define requirements and enhancements
  • Collaborate with Analytics team to build reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Support the annual Farfetch promotional calendar with display marketing activities
  • Manage and develop a team of Performance Marketing Professionals
  • Recruit and develop high performing talent
