Farfetch is seeking an outstanding CRM Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team in London. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class CRM communications, planning acquisition and retention programs, and driving customer engagement across email, push, and in-app channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams including Online Merchandising, Creative, Analytics, and Commercial to deliver CRM initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing CRM campaigns using MoEngage, segmenting audiences based on data insights, optimizing campaigns through continuous testing, and monitoring performance metrics. You will leverage the latest CRM technology to create personalized and automated communications, conduct regular analysis and reporting, and partner with regional and media monetization teams to support advertising placements. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a growing business function while working with talented marketing professionals in our collaborative Old Street office. You will report to the Interim Senior CRM Manager and have the chance to drive forward changes and optimizations for this crucial business area. The role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, personalization, and customer retention who thrives in a test-and-learn culture with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns including email, push, and in-app messages
  • Brief campaigns to stakeholders using project management tools (Monday.com)
  • Build campaigns and flows within MoEngage email service provider
  • Proof and deploy campaigns to high standards with accuracy
  • Segment communications based on membership status, preferences, demographics, and other attributes
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous test and learn activity
  • Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance and trends
  • Liaise with local and regional teams to support priorities
  • Support development of personalized and automated CRM campaigns
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on CRM activity with recommendations
  • Collaborate with Online Merchandising, Creative, Analytics, and Loyalty teams
  • Work in fast-paced, reactive environment to drive CRM performance
