Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to drive growth and technical enablement of key partners across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. As a highly experienced technical lead reporting to the Vice President of Partner Solution Engineering, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact supporting partners in establishing and scaling their Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Customer Experience Automation (CXA) practices built on the Talkdesk platform. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive partner enablement programs, provide advanced technical expertise on Agentic AI solutions, and lead complex technical engagements with partner sales teams. You'll develop deep domain expertise in the regional partner landscape, conduct compelling platform demonstrations, and serve as a voice for partners to Talkdesk's Product Management and Engineering teams. Additionally, you'll represent Talkdesk as a technical expert at industry events and conferences. This position requires 12+ years of experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the CCaaS/CXA sector, with proven expertise in telephony protocols, Agentic AI technologies, and channel-centric go-to-market strategies. Approximately 35-50% travel across the US and Canada is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical enablement programs to educate partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers on Talkdesk value proposition, product architecture, and competitive differentiators
  • Support development of Partner Competency Centers through coaching on technical discovery, platform demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution
  • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in regional partner landscape, identifying new opportunities for expansion
  • Provide technical expertise on Agentic AI solutions within contact centers, including prompt engineering and RAG implementations
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to partner sales teams in understanding customer requirements and solution design
  • Lead advanced technical discussions and conduct compelling platform demonstrations
  • Develop deep understanding of enterprise ecosystem integrations with CRM, WFM, knowledge management, and UCaaS vendors
  • Act as communication channel between partners and Talkdesk Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Represent Talkdesk as technical expert at regional partner summits, technical events, webinars, and conferences
  • Travel 35-50% of the time across the US and Canada as required
