Software Engineer - Data Orchestration

Feedzai is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Data Orchestration team in Singapore. As part of our Engineering team, you'll develop innovative solutions for large-volume data orchestration and transformation, integrating diverse internal and external data sources. You'll work on the Account Opening product, which protects financial institutions during client onboarding by detecting critical risks such as identity theft and synthetic identities. In this role, you'll iterate within agile squads to deliver end-to-end solutions across the full stack, from Scala microservices to frontend components. You'll write production-grade code with comprehensive testing, collaborate with Product and Design teams, and champion engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and mentorship. Operating with a "you build it, you run it" DevOps mindset, you'll take ownership of development, deployment, and operations while driving continuous delivery with confidence. You'll face technical challenges around distributed systems operating 24/7 with ultra-low latencies, designing extensive databases (relational, NoSQL, graphs), and solving complex data engineering problems. Responsibilities

• Iterar dentro de squads ágeis para transformar ideias de produtos em incrementos entregáveis em toda a stack
• Escrever Scala idiomático e reutilizável, totalmente coberto por testes unitários, baseados em propriedades e de integração
• Fornecer soluções end-to-end, desde a construção de APIs até componentes frontend
• Operar em todo o SDLC - design, implementação, teste, deploy, observação, manutenção e refinamento de serviços de software
• Colaborar estreitamente com os times de Produto e Design para traduzir wireframes UX em interfaces acessíveis e performáticas
• Promover excelência em engenharia através de documentação de decisões, compartilhamento de conhecimento e mentoria de colegas
• Trabalhar com plataformas modernas de dados e mensageria em larga escala
• Desenvolver serviços de alta performance e APIs concorrentes
