Principal Engineer (.NET & Cloud Architecture)

Noesis is seeking a Principal Engineer with expertise in .NET and Cloud Architecture to define and lead the technical vision and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives. You will drive technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, microservices implementation, and modern engineering practices. In this role, you'll support and mentor development teams, promote best practices in CI/CD and test automation, and act as a cross-functional technical reference collaborating on strategic decisions and continuous innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in complex enterprise environments. You should possess strong .NET development and backend system design expertise, solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and experience with distributed systems including microservices architectures. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is essential, along with proactivity, strong organizational and communication skills.
