
Salesforce Developer II

Talkdesk is seeking a Salesforce Developer II to join our Contact Center as a Service Team. You will be responsible for creating extensions to the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms with deep integration capabilities with Talkdesk's innovative call center platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of amazing developers who are disrupting the contact center industry through cutting-edge technology and collaborative development practices. As a Salesforce Developer II, you will participate in the full application lifecycle from technical design through development, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements and coordinate efforts with Talkdesk Engineering Teams. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Force.com Apex, Visualforce, REST-based web services, and SFDC database models to build robust solutions. Talkdesk operates with FAST principles (Focus, Accountability, Speed) and promotes agile practices including pair programming and mandatory peer code reviews. Responsibilities
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements and determine scope of development efforts
- Work closely with Talkdesk Engineering Teams to coordinate efforts and dependencies
