Farfetch is seeking a Private Client Operations Specialist to join our EMEA team in London. As the operational backbone of our Private Client business across the region, you'll enable the success of our premium customer services by providing essential operational support, systems expertise, and training to our stylists and client teams. This role combines operational excellence, training expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the EMEA Private Client team operates with efficiency, consistency, and a client-first mindset. In this position, you'll partner with the Private Client Operations Manager to deliver global sales operations strategy, lead onboarding and training programmes for new team members, and serve as a systems champion for key platforms like Salesforce and CRM tools. You'll identify operational inefficiencies, manage client-related escalations, and drive continuous improvement across the Private Client function. You'll work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones, supporting strategic initiatives including Style Suites, Fashion Week events, and exclusive client experiences. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Private Client Operations Manager to support delivery of Private Client Global Sales Operations strategy across EMEA
  • Act as key operational partner to regional Private Client teams, ensuring processes and tools enable seamless client experience
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements with global stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding and induction programme for new Private Client team members in EMEA
  • Deliver systems and operational training to stylists and team members
  • Serve as regional ambassador for key Private Client systems including CRM and operational platforms
  • Establish feedback loops with stylists and regional leaders on system performance
  • Act as primary operational point of contact for client and order-related escalations
  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, technology, and finance teams to resolve issues
  • Partner with Private Client Sales leaders on strategic initiatives including Style Suites, gifting, and Fashion Week events
  • Contribute to projects improving Private Client performance and operational efficiency
