Repsol Renewables Services North America (RRSNA) is seeking a technical intern with a focus in electrical, civil, mechanical, industrial, or construction management to join our dynamic team and support the company's growing utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the U.S. This is a twelve-week summer program where you will work directly with engineers and professionals in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative and sustainable renewable energy solutions. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in product design modifications, creating detailed and assembly drawings, developing 3-D models, and participating in the complete design process. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to construction oversight at project sites and develop technical documentation while working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. This program offers invaluable exposure to how engineers deliver success on utility-scale renewable projects.
Responsabilidades
- Perform basic product design modifications
- Develop basic detail and assembly drawings for products and equipment
- Create 3-D models from 2-D drawings
- Generate and scan prints
- Work directly with engineers and professionals in a team environment
- Participate in the design process and contribute to development of new products or technologies
- Perform assigned tasks for construction oversight at construction sites under supervision
- Keep accurate records of experiments, designs, and project-related information
- Prepare reports or documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors
- Identify and address technical issues and propose solutions
