Join OutSystems as a Lead AI Engineer and bridge cutting-edge AI research with production systems. You'll design and deploy innovative AI solutions across the full application lifecycle, working collaboratively with Research Scientists and AI Engineers to transform state-of-the-art models into robust, scalable software development experiences. Your expertise will directly impact how developers interact with our platform, making complex development tasks intuitive and accessible. In this role, you'll design AI systems across teams, build highly available and fault-tolerant systems with a focus on scalability and reliability, and contribute to AI data pipelines that support continuous improvement. You'll also guide and mentor other AI Engineers, maintaining deep knowledge of state-of-the-art AI systems and championing relevant advancements within the team. We're seeking someone with strong full-stack software engineering expertise in product development, preferably with experience building AI products, to help shape the future of AI-led software development.
Responsabilidades
- Design AI systems across teams in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with Research Scientists and other AI Engineers to prototype, implement, and productionize innovative features
- Build highly available, fault-tolerant AI systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Contribute to AI data pipelines and feedback loops that support continuous improvement of intelligent features
- Guide, mentor, and elevate the technical capabilities of other AI Engineers, fostering best practices in design and implementation
- Maintain deep knowledge of state-of-the-art AI systems, agents, and dev tools, championing adoption within the team and company
- Interact and collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to identify opportunities and improve AI products and infrastructure
