Lead Engineer - Identity & Access Security

Join Blip, a leading tech company within Flutter Entertainment, as a Lead Engineer for Identity & Access Management. You will lead a team of IAM engineers responsible for managing user identities and access rights across the organization using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. As Team Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient task completion, and drive the IAM strategy and roadmap while maintaining Flutter's identity governance infrastructure.

In this role, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining Flutter UKI's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems, continuously improving automation of access governance for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Identity & Access policies and regulatory standards. You'll lead application integrations, manage user lifecycle processes, handle access recertifications, and provide strategic guidance to the business on application onboarding into IGA tools. Your responsibilities include setting team goals, defining project priorities, supporting internal and external audits, and collaborating across the organization to translate business requirements into effective IAM solutions.

You'll bring proven experience in Identity & Access Management with a strong engineering background, understanding of system integrations, software engineering principles, and cloud technologies. With leadership experience managing culturally diverse teams, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on, results-oriented mindset, you'll stay current with IAM trends and technologies while building a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Occasional international travel to UKI offices (Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London) is expected.
