Full Stack Developer (French Speaker)

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques), part of Groupe BPCE's international division. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications while collaborating with product managers, architects, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a disruptive, inclusive environment with over 3,000 employees from 46 nationalities, supporting both Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management across the global Group.

Your main responsibilities will include architecting and implementing Java-based solutions, conducting code reviews to mentor junior developers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high performance and quality standards. You will participate actively in Agile/Scrum methodologies, stay current with emerging technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Strong communication in both French and English is mandatory, along with expertise in Java frameworks, Angular, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
