Data Analyst Trainee

The Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) team at BNP Paribas is seeking a Data Analyst Trainee to support Global Markets front office operations. In this internship role, you will provide valuable insights to drive business growth by retrieving, preparing, and analysing complex datasets using data and statistical models. You will develop reports and dashboards using best practices in data visualization, creating insights and automated tools to guide strategic solutions for the business.

Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders across different business areas to understand their data needs and translate these into technical solutions. You will communicate findings of complex analyses clearly to non-technical audiences, solve business problems using data-driven approaches, and collaborate with a team responsible for data feeds industrialization, ETL, data warehousing, and data visualization. The role offers exposure to Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI in a fast-growing European hub environment with significant opportunities for professional development.
