Feedzai, a Series D RiskOps platform company valued at $2 billion, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Development Representative Manager to lead and scale the ADR teams across Europe and APAC regions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full team lifecycle—recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching Account Development Representatives—while developing and implementing scalable outreach strategies that maximize efficiency and pipeline generation. You will serve as a thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and market segmentation to position Feedzai's solutions effectively and align closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive revenue growth aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, coaching the team on best practices for campaigns including email, account-based marketing, social selling, and outreach, and ensuring proper application of sales methodologies such as BANT, CHAMP, and SPIN. You will be data-driven in forecasting lead conversion, leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce and Outreach to monitor activity and provide actionable insights to leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with 3+ years of experience managing global sales development teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly within the Financial Services or Financial Crime sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Development Representatives across Europe and APAC
  • Manage full team lifecycle: recruit, onboard, train new hires, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching
  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences, and workflows to maximize ADR efficiency
  • Serve as a thought leader by understanding industry trends, client challenges, and market segmentation
  • Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales leadership
  • Coach team on best practices for outbound campaigns including emails, account-based marketing, calling, and social selling
  • Ensure application of BANT, CHAMP, and SPIN methodologies and manage handover of qualified opportunities
  • Be data-driven to forecast lead conversion and build required pipeline to hit targets
  • Leverage sales engagement platforms to monitor activity, report on team performance, and provide insights to leadership
