okemprego.com provides a platform where users can search for job opportunities, apply for vacancies, submit and manage their CVs. Additionally, registered users can receive email updates about new job opportunities matching their profiles.
Data Processing and AI Use
okemprego.com uses OpenAI technology to process CVs and create user profiles. These profiles are created to improve the match between candidates and open positions. By default, generated profiles are private and not available to the public or recruitment companies.
User Privacy and Profile Control
Users have the option to change the visibility of their profiles, making them public and/or searchable by recruiters. okemprego.com offers controls for users to manage the visibility and content of their profiles.
Analytics and Tracking
okemprego.com uses Google Analytics to track user interactions with the website. This information is used to improve user experience and website functionality.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, applying for a vacancy, or using okemprego.com services in any other way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use okemprego.com services.

To participate in the okemprego.com platform, users must create an account. Authentication is managed through the Clerk service, allowing login via Google or email and password. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep this information updated.

okemprego.com users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as all activities carried out under their account. All users are expected to behave courteously and respectfully towards other members of the okemprego.com community, following the established conduct guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
Use of the platform for illegal, deceptive, malicious or discriminatory activities is strictly prohibited. Any form of harassment, threat or abuse towards other users is unacceptable.
Account Suspension and Termination
okemprego.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, at any time and without need for justification. This may include, but is not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, violation of Terms and Conditions, or malicious activity on the platform.
CV and Profile Management
Users can submit, update or delete their CVs on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information provided in their CVs. AI-generated profiles based on CVs can be reviewed and adjusted by users.
Guidelines for Candidates
Applying for Vacancies
Users can apply for job vacancies listed on okemprego.com. It is essential that the information provided in applications is accurate and truthful.
Account and Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their account at any time. When doing so, all associated data, including CVs, AI-generated profiles and application history, will be permanently removed.
Data Rights
Users have the right to request a copy of all data related to their account, including AI-generated profiles. okemprego.com undertakes to provide this information in an accessible manner and in a timely fashion.
Liability and Indemnification
Limitation of Liability
okemprego.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from use of the platform, transactions between users, or user conduct on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of job opportunities, loss of data, and personal injury.
User Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless okemprego.com, its directors, employees, partners and agents, from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense, including legal fees, arising from or related to:
- Use or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Any conduct harmful to third parties carried out through the platform.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
Jurisdiction
