Warehouse Associate

Stadium Goods, the world's premier sneaker and streetwear marketplace, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support general warehouse operations in our New Jersey facility. You will manage the rate of inbound and outbound merchandise, execute the process of returned merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records. Working closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager and your peers, you'll help meet our goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will receive merchandise from vendors, customers, and other warehouses; examine incoming shipments for authenticity; enter quantity data into our computer systems; and maintain a clean, safe, and efficiently organized warehouse environment. You'll follow quality service standards, comply with all Stadium Goods procedures, and work collaboratively to ensure a successful product lifecycle from beginning to end.

You bring knowledge of sneaker market trends, experience in quality-focused environments, and proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Suite. You're process-oriented, focused on continuous improvement, and capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs in a dynamic, creative, and mission-driven workplace.
