Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and lead the account-based marketing engine powering our enterprise go-to-market strategy. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will own ABM programs, global campaigns, and digital marketing—unifying them into a cohesive system that establishes Customer Experience Automation (CXA) as a recognized market category, drives enterprise pipeline, and scales efficiently. This is a category-creation moment where your work will directly shape how the market understands and adopts CXA. You will design and operationalize tiered ABM programs from high-touch 1:1 engagement to scalable 1:many approaches, transform global campaigns into enterprise-grade, full-funnel initiatives, and consolidate digital marketing to drive precision enterprise targeting. Working closely with enterprise sales, regional marketing, brand, and product teams, you'll establish attribution frameworks, champion AI-assisted marketing tools, and drive marketing operations excellence. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic vision combined with execution excellence, with direct visibility to the CMO and executive team. Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) positioning Talkdesk's CXA platform as the category-defining solution
- Partner directly with enterprise sales reps on joint account planning, delivering account intelligence and intent-driven insights
- Develop marketing programs supporting the full customer lifecycle, including post-sale expansion and cross-sell
- Build frameworks and methodology to grow the target account list based on data-driven ideal customer profile refinement
- Reorient campaigns function toward enterprise-grade, full-funnel campaigns advancing the CXA category narrative
- Lead campaign strategy across account-centric, use-case, and category awareness campaigns
- Own global campaign planning, performance management, and optimization across all regions
- Own paid media and digital agency relationships to amplify the CXA category story
- Shift digital strategy toward precision enterprise targeting including ABM-targeted display and LinkedIn
- Implement personalized digital experiences for target accounts showcasing AI-driven business outcomes
- Serve as primary Growth Marketing stakeholder for the Marketing Operations team
- Establish attribution and reporting frameworks connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Champion adoption of AI-assisted tools and automation for team velocity and content personalization
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Regional Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Product Marketing teams
