Talkdesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer, AI Pilots to drive successful adoption of cutting-edge agentic AI products. As a critical bridge connecting customers, global system integration partners, and internal teams, you will translate complex AI technology into tangible business outcomes, ensuring effective integration and maximum impact on the customer experience landscape.

In this pivotal role, you will guide enterprise customers through AI product trials and proofs of value, helping them define success metrics, troubleshoot technical challenges, and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with customers to identify opportunities where agentic AI solutions deliver significant value, while maintaining deep technical knowledge of Talkdesk's AI products, architecture, capabilities, and roadmap.

You will represent Talkdesk at industry events, lead technical discussions and demonstrations, manage internal AI content repositories, and collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams. This role demands excellent presentation skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through AI product trials and proofs of value, defining success metrics and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Drive value realization by identifying and quantifying opportunities for agentic AI solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Create and maintain internal AI library and content repository with accurate technical specifications and business value materials
  • Represent Talkdesk at events, conferences, and technical workshops to showcase AI solutions and build technical credibility
  • Lead in-depth technical discussions and serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams on customer feedback and market opportunities
  • Lead discussions on AI security, ethical AI, compliance, and governance aspects of solutions
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products, architecture, capabilities, limitations, and roadmap
  • Demonstrate Talkdesk solutions and specify appropriate solutions for customer needs and requirements
