Join Talkdesk's Professional Services organization as a Senior Solutions Consultant and drive the implementation of cutting-edge Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to customers, ensuring technical alignment and project success while leveraging your expertise in AI, automation, and SaaS solutions.

You will lead strategic implementations with new and existing customers, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include driving post-implementation success, contributing to the development of implementation templates and best practices, and building long-term relationships with customer executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative professional with strong technical skills and experience in Professional Services or IT/Software Development to make a meaningful impact on how the world's most admired brands interact with their customers through AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions with new and existing customers
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support to internal teams, external partners, and customers during implementation
  • Drive post-implementation success and customer adoption through strategic guidance and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support) to address feature requests and resolve issues
  • Contribute to the development of CXA-specific templates, playbooks, and best practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide long-term guidance on CXA strategy
