Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to drive technical growth and enablement of key partners across the United States, Canada, and Latin Americas. In this senior individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Partner Solution Engineering, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, supporting partners in establishing and scaling their Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Customer Experience Automation (CXA) practices built on the Talkdesk platform. You will lead comprehensive technical enablement programs, develop partner competency centers, and provide deep domain expertise in regional partner landscapes. Your responsibilities include co-selling support with a focus on Agentic AI solutions, conducting advanced technical demonstrations, and understanding enterprise ecosystem integrations with CRM, WFM, and UCaaS vendors. This role offers the opportunity to represent Talkdesk as a technical thought leader at partner summits and industry events while acting as the voice of the partner to Product Management and Engineering teams. Approximately 35-50% travel across North America is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement plans to educate partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers on Talkdesk value proposition, product architecture, and competitive differentiators
- Support development of Partner Competency Centers through coaching on technical discovery, platform demonstrations, and proof-of-concept execution
- Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in regional partner landscape and go-to-market strategies
- Provide technical expertise on Agentic AI solutions including prompt engineering, RAG implementations, tools integration, and guardrail best practices
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to partner sales teams in understanding customer requirements and solution design
- Lead advanced technical discussions and conduct compelling demonstrations of the Talkdesk platform
- Develop understanding of enterprise ecosystem integrations with CRM, WFM, Knowledge Management, and UCaaS vendors
- Act as critical communication channel between partners and Talkdesk Product Management and Engineering teams
- Represent Talkdesk as technical expert at regional partner summits, technical events, webinars, and conferences
- Travel approximately 35-50% of the time across US and Canada as required
