Talkdesk is seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to drive growth and technical enablement across key partners in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In this senior individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Partner Solution Engineering, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for TSBs/TSDs, National Partners, VARs, and System Integrators, supporting them in establishing and scaling their Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Customer Experience Automation (CXA) practices on the Talkdesk platform. You will design and execute comprehensive enablement plans for partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers, develop deep domain expertise in regional partner landscapes, and provide advanced technical leadership on Agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and enterprise integrations. This role combines co-selling support, technical thought leadership, and strategic communication, requiring travel of 35-50% across assigned territories to represent Talkdesk at partner summits, technical events, and conferences. With 12+ years of experience in Partner Solutions Engineering within the CCaaS/CXA sector, you will leverage your expertise in unified communications protocols, modern AI technologies, and complex technical engagements to drive mutual partner and customer success. Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement plans to educate partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers on Talkdesk value proposition, product architecture, competitive differentiators, and roadmap
- Support the development of Partner Competency Centers by coaching on effective technical discovery, platform demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) execution
- Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in the regional Partner landscape, understanding their go-to-market strategy and identifying expansion opportunities
- Provide technical expertise on Agentic AI solutions within the contact center, including prompt engineering, RAG implementations, tools integration, and guardrail best practices
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to Partner sales teams in understanding complex customer business and technical requirements, use cases, and solution design
- Lead advanced technical discussions and conduct compelling demonstrations of the Talkdesk platform
- Develop deep understanding of the enterprise ecosystem, including integration requirements with CRM, WFM, Knowledge Management, and UCaaS vendors
- Act as the critical communication channel to Talkdesk Product Management and Engineering teams, relaying Partner and customer needs, market trends, and product enhancement requests
- Represent Talkdesk as a technical expert at regional Partner summits, technical events, webinars, and conferences
- Travel approximately 35-50% of the time across the US and Canada as required
