Talkdesk is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of the company's Digital product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product requirements based on market and customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, design, and quality assurance to deliver innovative products that drive growth and meet business objectives. You will lead a team of product managers and establish yourself as a strategic leader within the organization, monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development. Your responsibilities will include managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, maintaining quality standards, and building relationships with key customers and industry experts to stay current with best practices and emerging opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Lead the product management strategy and execution for the company's Digital technologies and applications product portfolio
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on market and customer needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet business objectives and drive growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Make recommendations for new product development and enhancements to existing products
  • Lead and manage a team of product managers
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategy
  • Manage product roadmap and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product development projects
