Sales Associate

Off-White, a luxury fashion brand known for its innovative approach to design and contemporary cultural perspective, is seeking a Sales Associate for its store located at Woodbury Outlets. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences while achieving personal and team sales targets. You will engage with customers to build lasting relationships, promote brand loyalty, and ensure outstanding after-sales service in accordance with company standards.

As a Sales Associate, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a key role in Off-White's expansion across premium retail venues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, providing expert guidance on our well-designed and ethically crafted products, and fostering an inclusive, luxury retail environment that reflects the brand's values of progress, innovation, and diversity.
