Talkdesk is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our AI engineering team in Seattle. You will design, develop, and deliver cloud-based data foundation systems and AI agent platforms, leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML models, prompt engineering, and data analysis across unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data. This role involves working with technologies such as data mining, business intelligence, and data transformation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, participate in architectural discussions to guide the technology roadmap, and stay current with emerging technologies in AI and data engineering. This is an opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized, pre-IPO leader in customer experience automation solutions powered by AI, helping to elevate customer service experiences through innovative cloud-based technologies.
