Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Dallas-based sales team and drive revenue growth through the management and execution of our sales process. In this role, you'll develop comprehensive sales strategies for your coverage model, build lasting relationships with enterprise-level prospects and customers, and work to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and communicating market insights back to the organization. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll engage with CXO and senior management-level individuals at enterprise prospects, leveraging solution-based selling techniques to close deals. You'll collaborate across functional areas to ensure customer needs are prioritized and aligned with our go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through management and execution of the Talkdesk sales process
- Develop comprehensive sales strategy and plan to ensure consistent achievement of objectives for your coverage model
- Build lasting, meaningful relationships internally with management and team members, and externally with prospects, customers, and partners
- Build and align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market plan to develop market segmentation and targeted account strategy
- Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to the management team
- Communicate market reaction and customer needs back to the business
- Engage proactively in problem-solving across functional areas
- Prioritize customer needs to ensure engineering and other functional areas focus on the right tasks
