Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Tampa-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through the strategic management and execution of our proven sales process. You'll develop comprehensive sales strategies, build lasting relationships with enterprise-level prospects and customers, and drive new business opportunities within your assigned territory. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in SaaS-based solutions and complex sales practices to engage with C-suite executives, senior management, and director-level decision-makers. You'll demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to uncover hidden opportunities during discovery conversations. This role requires 50%+ travel and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can scale bookings growth and develop net-new customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and quota through management and execution of the Talkdesk sales process
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan ensuring consistent achievement of objectives for assigned coverage model
  • Build lasting, meaningful relationships internally with management and team members, and externally with prospects, customers, and partner community
  • Develop and own accountability for region's market segmentation and targeted account strategy aligned with Talkdesk's Go-to-Market plan
  • Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to management per established process and policy
  • Communicate market reaction and customer needs back to the business in a productive manner
  • Engage proactively in problem-solving across functional areas
  • Prioritize customer needs to help engineering and other functional areas focus on the right tasks and issues
