Consignment Specialist

Stadium Goods is seeking an experienced Consignment Specialist to join our NY Consignment team operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and authenticating incoming merchandise from consigners, customers, and other warehouses, ensuring all products meet our quality standards. You will enter detailed product information into our inventory control systems, maintain accurate records, and mark merchandise appropriately while keeping meticulous documentation of any discrepancies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include examining products for authenticity and quality, processing items accordingly, and collaborating with warehouse operations and Consignment Managers to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work with a premier global platform for sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles while building relationships with consignors and contributing to the product lifecycle from intake to completion.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming merchandise from consigners, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly
• Examine products for authenticity, quality, and condition, and process accordingly
• Record and report any discrepancies appropriately
• Enter data into inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy of information
• Mark information on incoming merchandise
• Maintain clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Work with managers and team members to ensure successful product lifecycle
• Build and maintain working relationships with current and potential consignors
