Consignment Specialist

Stadium Goods, the premier global platform for sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles, is seeking an experienced Consignment Specialist to join our New Jersey warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for authenticating and processing incoming merchandise from consigners, customers, and other warehouses. You will examine products for authenticity and quality, enter accurate data into our inventory control systems, and maintain meticulous records while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You will work collaboratively with warehouse operations teams and Consignment Managers to achieve our goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your essential responsibilities include receiving merchandise promptly, verifying product authenticity, recording discrepancies, marking information on items, and building relationships with current and potential consignors. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory management systems. The ideal candidate is a team player with fast typing skills, experience with spreadsheets and databases, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to maintaining quality service standards. You will play a crucial role in managing the complete product lifecycle from intake through final processing.
