Talkdesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition within an assigned territory. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, prospect into CTOs and engineering leaders, and build lasting client relationships. You'll work closely with Solution Engineers and leverage our sales enablement resources throughout the entire sales cycle, with a focus on closing deals exceeding $50k ARR in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience growing revenues at scale, with 2-4 years specifically in SaaS sales. You'll need a proven track record of quota achievement, expertise in complex solution-based selling to senior management and CXO-level individuals, and the ability to manage both short-term execution and long-term strategic planning. Your strong interpersonal skills, stellar work ethic, and passion for closing deals will be essential as you operate in a small, tight-knit team environment. This position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus commission/bonus, equity opportunities, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, uncapped PTO, and 14 paid holidays annually. Up to 50% travel is required.
