Talkdesk is seeking a Channel Account Manager for the Northeast region to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue through strategic partnerships. You will focus on building and fostering relationships with critical platform partners including GSIs, VARs, TSPs, and Telcos, while identifying, structuring, and negotiating deals with prospective partners. This role requires you to internalize Talkdesk's vision and product roadmap, collaborate with internal teams to create partner enablement content, and represent Talkdesk as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
With 4+ years of partner sales experience, you will leverage proven expertise in building joint business plans, negotiating agreements, and managing complex organizational relationships. You'll prepare tailored presentations, conduct demonstrations, and serve as an advocate for partners while ensuring alignment with Talkdesk objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with significant travel requirements, combining the stability of a global leader with the agility of a disruptor in the Customer Experience Automation space.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement, pipeline and revenue through strategic Talkdesk partnerships
- Focus on critical and strategic partners and accounts with significant fiscal and strategic impact
- Build and foster relationships with prospective platform partners and define strategy and opportunities
- Identify, structure, negotiate and execute deals with prospective platform partners
- Internalize and communicate Talkdesk vision, solution set, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities to partner constituents
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content
- Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations and demonstrations to accelerate partner acquisition and retention
- Advocate for partners ensuring alignment and execution on Talkdesk objectives
- Represent Talkdesk at industry events, conferences, and partner forums as a thought leader
