Asset Operations & Maintenance Technician I

EDP Renewables is seeking an entry-level Wind Technician I for our Blue Canyon Wind Farm in Carnegie, Oklahoma. As an essential member of the wind farm operations team, you will be responsible for on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment at our wind-energy generation site. Your key tasks will include completing Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures, conducting equipment inspections for safety compliance, and documenting maintenance activities using computer-based reporting systems.

In this dynamic role, you will work with wind turbines and associated equipment including substations and tower switchgear, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and maintain the highest safety standards. You will collaborate with our Remote Operations Control Center, participate in on-the-job training, and serve as a safety role model while demonstrating integrity and strong teamwork.
