Talkdesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer to drive the successful adoption of cutting-edge agentic AI products. This pivotal role acts as a critical bridge between customers, global system integration partners, and internal teams, translating complex AI technology into tangible business outcomes. You will guide enterprise customers through AI product trials, help them realize significant business value, and accelerate Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth through widespread deployment of innovative AI solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for existing customers, leading in-depth technical discussions and demonstrating how Talkdesk's agentic AI solutions address their specific business challenges. You will be responsible for maintaining our internal AI library, representing Talkdesk at industry events, and fostering strong relationships within the developer and enterprise communities while ensuring all solutions meet the highest enterprise standards for security, compliance, and ethical AI governance. This role requires deep technical knowledge of our agentic AI products, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work hand-in-hand with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams to gather crucial feedback on customer trends and emerging market opportunities in the CX automation landscape.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through AI product trials and proofs of value (POVs), helping them define clear success metrics and achieve tangible business outcomes
- Work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where agentic AI products can deliver significant, measurable business value
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the internal AI library and content repository, ensuring accuracy and alignment with latest platform capabilities
- Represent Talkdesk at events, conferences, and technical workshops to showcase agentic AI solutions and build technical credibility
- Lead in-depth technical discussions and serve as the primary technical point of contact for existing customers
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams to gather feedback on customer trends and market opportunities
- Lead key discussions with customers on security, ethical AI, compliance, and governance aspects of AI solutions
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products, including architecture, capabilities, limitations, and roadmap
- Demonstrate Talkdesk solutions and specify appropriate solutions for customer needs and requirements
