Talkdesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer to drive the successful adoption of cutting-edge agentic AI products. In this pivotal role, you will act as a critical bridge between customers, global system integration partners, and internal teams, translating complex AI technology into tangible business outcomes. You will guide enterprise customers through AI product trials, help them realize significant business value, and accelerate Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth through widespread deployment of innovative AI solutions.
As Solutions Engineer, you will wear multiple hats—serving as a Trial Consultant guiding customers through proofs of value, driving value realization by identifying opportunities where AI products deliver measurable business impact, and maintaining our internal AI content library. You will represent Talkdesk at industry events, lead technical discussions with enterprise clients, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers adopting agentic AI solutions. Your responsibilities also include leading conversations on security, compliance, and ethical AI governance, while collaborating cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will demonstrate Talkdesk solutions, gather critical customer feedback, and continuously learn about new platform innovations to maintain technical authority and market credibility.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through AI product trials and proofs of value, defining success metrics and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Work directly with customers to identify and quantify opportunities where agentic AI products deliver significant business value
- Spearhead creation and maintenance of internal AI library and content repository, ensuring accuracy and current platform capabilities
- Represent Talkdesk at events, conferences, and technical workshops to showcase agentic AI solutions and build industry relationships
- Lead in-depth technical discussions as primary technical point of contact for existing customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams on customer feedback and market opportunities
- Lead discussions on security, ethical AI, compliance, and governance aspects of AI solutions
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products, including architecture, capabilities, limitations, and roadmap
- Demonstrate Talkdesk solutions and specify appropriate solutions for customer needs and requirements
