Talkdesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Solutions Engineer to drive successful adoption of cutting-edge agentic AI products for enterprise customers. In this pivotal role, you will act as a critical bridge between customers, global system integration partners, and internal teams, translating complex AI technology into tangible business outcomes. You will guide customers through AI product trials, help them define success metrics, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure solutions deliver maximum impact on the Customer Experience landscape.
Your responsibilities will include leading in-depth technical discussions, managing AI content and repositories, representing Talkdesk at industry events, and maintaining deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products. You will work cross-functionally with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and identify emerging market opportunities. Additionally, you will lead conversations on security, ethical AI, compliance, and governance aspects of our solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise standards.
This role requires a strong foundation in AI concepts, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be instrumental in driving Annual Contract Value growth through the widespread deployment of innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through AI product trials and proofs of value, helping them define success metrics and achieve tangible business outcomes
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where agentic AI products can deliver significant value
- Spearhead creation and maintenance of internal AI library and content repository with accurate technical specifications and business value content
- Represent Talkdesk at events, conferences, and technical workshops to showcase agentic AI solutions and build relationships with developer and enterprise communities
- Lead in-depth technical discussions and serve as primary technical contact for existing customers exploring agentic AI solutions
- Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and identify market opportunities
- Lead discussions on security, ethical AI, compliance, and governance aspects of AI solutions
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of agentic AI products including architecture, capabilities, limitations, and roadmap
- Demonstrate Talkdesk solutions and capabilities to specify appropriate solutions for customer needs
