Vodafone is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Contract & Sales Capability portfolio. In this role, you will maximize value delivery by defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring all end-to-end requirements are understood and delivered. You'll lead feasibility and technical design to deliver company-wide technical solutions while managing processes and budgets effectively, with a focus on Customer360 related products and innovations. As the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, you will guide your squad towards achieving business objectives through regular increments and continuous backlog refinement. You'll be responsible for defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs, developing user stories based on data-driven insights, and engaging stakeholders regularly. Responsibilities
- Ensure all end-to-end requirements from all parties are understood and deliver appropriate solutions based on requested speed, quality and cost
- Lead and manage feasibility and technical design to deliver company-wide technical solutions with effective process management and agreed budgets
- Lead and manage Customer360 related products/solutions lifecycle and determine future opportunities for innovations and improvements
- Maximize value by delivering the product vision and defining epics and user stories
- Own, clearly define and prioritize the product backlog of the squad
- Accept deliverables at the end of each sprint
- Represent business stakeholders and guide the squad for specific business purposes
- Define the product vision and coordinate with Department Leads, Tribe Leads and other Product Owners
- Focus the team on delivering business value in regular increments
- Develop the scope of the MVP considering constraints and client lifecycle
- Define and track OKRs and KPIs as part of quarterly business reviews
- Use data to develop user stories and acceptance criteria from feature and capability roadmap
- Contribute to squad with relevant product knowledge
- Prioritize initiatives to achieve business objectives and refine backlog
- Participate in sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements
- Approve final release plans and accept deliverables against defined user stories
- Engage stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all product aspects
- Define skills and capabilities required for squad operation with Department Lead, Tribe Lead and Chapter Leads
