Fiber Planning Manager

Vodafone is seeking an experienced Fiber Planning Manager to lead fiber network planning teams in Turkey. In this role, you will be accountable for the detailed design, implementation, dimensioning, execution, and optimization of fiber networks to deliver best-in-class customer experience. You will manage relationships with local stakeholders and other Vodafone domains, ensure emergency handling procedures are strictly followed, and lead optimization activities with comprehensive performance analysis.

You will build and develop a high-performance team while supporting company strategy and customer needs. This position requires deep operational and technical expertise in fiber networks, with specific knowledge of Turkish market challenges including capacity, functionality, resilience, and vendor management. You will define fiber investment budgets aligned with company strategy, incorporate marketing and sales forecasts, and contribute to business process improvements across the organization.
