Solution Designer

Join Vodafone as a Solution Designer and take on a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end technical solutions across complex, multi-platform systems. You'll be responsible for translating stakeholder requirements into optimal solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT strategy, and architectural standards. As part of a dynamic squad, you'll balance speed, quality, and cost considerations while managing the complete lifecycle of Integration Domain products. In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ops and Infrastructure to oversee architecture design, lead feasibility studies, and drive innovation within the Integration Domain. You'll provide technical and financial input, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to Group Business and Technology plans. Responsabilidades

• Ensure all end-to-end requirements from stakeholders are understood and translated into optimal solutions
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals and KPIs as a squad member
• Manage ideation and scoping processes by attending Demand Refinement and HLE meetings
• Provide technical and financial input (CAPEX), including effort estimation, constraints, and dependencies
• Deliver solutions aligned with requested speed, quality, and cost expectations
• Collaborate with Ops and Infrastructure teams to study system dimensioning based on traffic forecasts
• Oversee architecture and design of cross-functional, multi-platform systems
• Lead feasibility studies and technical design processes for company-wide solutions
• Maintain product roadmaps and target architecture in collaboration with Solution Architects
• Review and approve vendor design documents and follow up on vendor development activities
• Manage relationships and cooperation with Group IT and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for innovation, change, and improvement in the Integration Domain
• Contribute to Group Business and Technology plans
