Feedzai is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in the sale of its leading RiskOps platform to high-profile Financial Institutions. You will partner with Feedzai's sales team to understand clients, prospects, and partners' business, functional, and technical needs, demonstrating how these can be achieved through the platform's capabilities. As a trusted advisor, you will employ communication skills, compelling storytelling, solution design, and collaboration to address business needs while supporting effective qualification. In your day-to-day role, you will provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions across Europe, both remotely and onsite. You will assist the sales team in delivering tailored, value-driven pitches focused on financial crime, manage formal tenders and RFPs, and build proposals while engaging with multiple stakeholders from Product to Delivery. Your responsibilities include understanding client business needs, offering solution designs, and ensuring market insights are shared across teams. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a global team, leveraging your enterprise software sales expertise and strong technical acumen to drive business growth. This role requires up to 30% travel and is primarily remote with office access available.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions both remote and onsite across Europe
  • Assist the sales team in leading tailored value-driven pitches focused on financial crime
  • Understand client business needs and offer solution designs to address those needs
  • Manage formal Tenders (RFPs, RFIs) - orchestrate, complete, review, and submit
  • Build formal proposals and own their life cycle throughout the sales process
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders from Product to Delivery to ensure appropriate staffing and share market insights
