Senior Global Product Manager, Cybersecurity

Vodafone Business Cybersecurity is seeking a visionary Senior Global Product Manager to lead the evolution of our cybersecurity portfolio across 23 countries serving over 1.9 million customers. In this strategic leadership role, you will shape the future of our managed security services, security operations platforms, and digital customer experiences, driving accelerated growth through scalable, customer-centric solutions. You will translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps, design operating models aligned with target markets, and collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to strengthen Vodafone's cybersecurity portfolio coverage. Your key responsibilities will include leading the cybersecurity portfolio growth strategy encompassing managed security services (MSS), professional services, and secure-by-design solutions. You will define market-leading SLAs and value propositions, support financial planning and portfolio governance, and act as an internal and external thought leader. This is a unique opportunity to architect the evolution of our security offerings including cyber assessment services, managed security services, and professional services, while driving customer success, revenue growth, and strategic market positioning. We are looking for an experienced product management leader with deep cybersecurity expertise, commercial acumen, and a track record of defining strategy and execution plans in the Telco or IT industry. You should be an excellent communicator with strong facilitation skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships across a dynamic, challenging environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of cybersecurity portfolio growth strategy, including managed security services (MSS), professional services, and secure-by-design solutions
• Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans
• Design and align operating models and business plans with target markets and segments
• Collaborate with internal cyber teams and strategic vendor partners to strengthen Vodafone portfolio coverage
• Define and deliver market-leading SLAs and value propositions aligned with the mission to simplify security for businesses of all sizes
• Support financial planning, prioritization, and portfolio governance
• Design and align the operating model, principles, and execution of the business plan with target markets and segments
• Identify and implement ways to accelerate performance
• Drive GTM alignment, customer feedback, customer case studies, and revenue growth
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally for cybersecurity and portfolio/product area
• Ensure that the stakeholder map and communications plan is current and executed against
• Own budget and resourcing planning
