As the technical lead, you will maintain stability of observability platforms using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch, create actionable dashboards and alerts to prevent failures, and monitor system health through robust logging. You will ensure smooth release management, administer Linux-based systems, conduct incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, and drive DevOps practices across the global Vodafone Group.
