Join Vodafone as a DevSecOps Automation Lead based in London, where you'll lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets. You will oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization while providing technical leadership across multiple squads, working closely with Product owners to prioritize and maintain backlogs. In this role, you'll evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks, provide technical expertise on strategies like tooling clusters, patching, and monitoring, and lead a team of DevSecOps Engineers. You'll drive automation initiatives to improve maintainability and efficiency across the organization, leveraging your hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Responsabilidades
- Lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets

- Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring
- Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers
- Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency
